Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Springfield/Agawam, MA

We are dedicated to providing comprehensive, high‑quality treatment for adults struggling with Substance Use Disorders. We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join our exceptional team of behavioral healthcare professionals and support our clients on their recovery journey. If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct history and physical exams, review lab results, monitor blood levels, handle sick calls, and prepare discharge plans (including physician orders and prescriptions if prescriptive authority is held).
  • Provide medical support and resources for adult residential programs and detox services.
  • Coordinate care with primary care physicians and psychiatrists as appropriate, with assistance from the nursing team.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure medications are cost‑effective post‑discharge and assist with prior authorization requests for medications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Addiction Medicine.

Salary: $130,000–$155,000 annually, dependent on certification, education, and experience.
