Join us as a Float Nurse (LPN or RN) in our residential programs providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. We focus on individualized care with a 5:1 client:nurse ratio.

- 7p – 7a
- $7,500 Sign on Bonus
- Monitor and coordinate health care services, communicating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other providers.
- Document nursing interventions and care changes through progress notes, daily logs, and staff communication.
- Maintain medication and treatment orders, ensuring MAP standards and monitoring side effects.
- Teach and train staff in personal care techniques, positioning, feeding, and device use.
- Assist individuals with ADLs and encourage independence.
- Accompany individuals to medical appointments and day programs.
- Take on additional assignments to support the program as needed.
- LPN: $33‑$38/hr + $2.00/hr FLEX differential = $35‑$40/hr
- RN: $38‑$42/hr + $2.00/hr FLEX differential = $40‑$44/hr
- Valid Massachusetts Nursing License (LPN or RN).
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Physical ability to perform required job tasks.
