Full-Time | $91,000-$95,000 per year
Agawam West Rehab & Nursing is looking for an experienced LPN Unit Manager to help lead our nursing team and support quality resident care.
Join a team-oriented skilled nursing facility where you can use your clinical experience to guide staff, coordinate daily care, and contribute to a positive care environment.
Responsibilities- Coordinate daily nursing care and unit activities
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Monitor resident care and clinical documentation
- Work with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team
- Help maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
- Active Massachusetts LPN license required
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required
- Previous supervisory or unit leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
$91,000-$95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
