We"re seeking a dynamic, hands‑on Quality Manager / Engineer to take ownership of our quality assurance and quality control functions. In this critical role, you will ensure our products meet AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer‑specific requirements, while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

• Lead Quality Operations:
  Oversee inspection, testing, and validation of materials and finished goods.
• Manage QMS:
  Maintain and improve our AS9100 and ISO 9001‑compliant Quality Management System.
• Drive Continuous Improvement:
  Identify and implement defect reduction and efficiency initiatives using proven methodologies.
• Team Leadership:
  Mentor and develop quality inspectors, fostering a culture of accountability and precision.
• Customer & Supplier Relations:
  Serve as the primary contact for quality‑related communications and issue resolution.
• Audit & Compliance:
  Conduct internal/external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Production Support:
  Maintain an active presence on the shop floor and collaborate with production teams for real‑time quality control.
• Cybersecurity Compliance:
  Support NIST 800‑171 and CMMC maturity planning and reporting.
• Calibration Oversight:
  Manage gage and calibration systems, ensuring accuracy and traceability.

• Proven experience in aerospace manufacturing quality management
• Deep knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Familiarity with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality tools
• Experience with internal/external audits and regulatory compliance
• Hands‑on approach with a passion for continuous improvement
