What You’ll DoAs a Quality Engineer, you’ll support manufacturing operations by ensuring products, processes, and quality systems meet internal, customer, and regulatory requirements. You’ll investigate quality issues, lead root cause and corrective action efforts, analyze quality data, and partner with teams across the business to improve processes and prevent problems from happening again. This is a hands‑on quality role. You’ll spend time both at your desk and on the manufacturing floor, working directly with Manufacturing, Engineering, customers, and other members of the Quality team.
From new product introductions and first article inspections to audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement, you’ll play an important role in strengthening both product quality and manufacturing performance.
