Location: Agawam, MA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | No Weekends
• No On-Call

Pay: Up to $35/hr + Monthly Bonuses

Fleet Pride is seeking a skilled Road Service Diesel Technician to perform a wide range of heavy-duty truck and trailer repairs. This role primarily involves running service calls in a designated company vehicle, which may be taken home if approved.

• 3+ years of diesel repair experience on semi-trucks and trailers.
• Strong communication skills with the service team and customers.
• Ability to provide your own tools and toolbox.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• CDL is a plus but not required.
• Efficient, safety-minded work habits.

• Preventative maintenance.
• Air systems.
• Electrical diagnostics and repairs.
• Starting systems.
• Brakes & wheel ends.
• Coolant systems.
• Some A/C diagnostics & repairs.
• Basic steering & alignment issues.
• Drivetrain diagnostics & repairs, including R&R of differentials.
• Aftertreatment systems.
• Misc. trailer repairs and more.
