Build and enhance user-facing web applications and internal tools that improve business operations.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to bring new concepts to life.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that ensures long-term stability and scalability.
Continuously improve systems and processes to make development faster and more reliable.
Help design and maintain software solutions that integrate smoothly within a larger ecosystem.
Participate in code reviews and team discussions that drive learning and experimentation.
Degree, certification, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Approximately 3+ years of professional development experience (flexible for strong early-career candidates).
Experience working with a modern backend framework and building REST-based services.
Exposure to continuous integration tools and cloud-based deployment pipelines.
Frontend development experience with a modern JavaScript framework (open to any library or stack).
Familiarity with SQL or similar relational databases and comfort working with web protocols.
A problem-solving mindset, eagerness to learn new technologies, and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
