$17.87/hr – $22.00/hr

Full‑time. No nights, weekends or holidays. Guaranteed minimum wage of $17.87 per hour with the opportunity to earn up to $800 per week. Ability to earn tips. Company car, uniform and cleaning supplies provided.

Paid time off up to 10 days per year.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow the company process to delight every customer and earn tips.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If a team lead, manage the team's schedule, drive safely, maintain equipment, and ensure the vehicle is stocked with supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 am to 5 pm.
• Bilingual required; must be able to communicate with clients.
