Company description
We’re an agency looking to defy the status quo.
We’re in the business of making your business better. And it’s our mission to give our partners the most compelling advertising experience possible.
While everyone else is concerned about the best practices of yesterday, we are discovering and defining innovative solutions for tomorrow. We do that by moving fast, breaking rules, rebuilding systems, generating solutions and taking performance to its limits -- then pushing it even farther.
We’re here to be the arbiters of change. To rock the boat. To upset the apple cart. To cause a disturbance in the force.
We’re here to Dysrupt.
OverviewDysrupt is looking for an Associate Director, Account Management of Paid Social, who’s ready to take the next leap in their performance marketing career. You’ll bring strategic rigor to a portfolio of clients, shape paid media campaigns from brief to execution, and act as a trusted advisor across platforms. You’re excited by innovation, energized by solving business problems with media, and equally skilled at hands‑on campaign management and big‑picture thinking.
To determine fit, we consider the following questions:
- Do you geek out over the impacts of CBO, IDFA, and the ideal bid strategy?
- Do you want to become an expert in the space and have a constant desire to learn more?
- Do you get excited about new dysruptive strategies and ideas that challenge the status quo? (see what we did there 😀)
- Do you have passions outside of work that you can bring to our ever‑evolving culture and team?
If you answered “Yes” to these questions, we would love to have a conversation!
As an Associate Director, Account Management, you’ll oversee a cross‑vertical book of business (3–4 clients), develop integrated paid media strategies across platforms, and guide both internal teams and client partners with clarity and confidence. This is a client‑facing role with a strong emphasis on performance marketing, but with expanding ownership of team leadership, process innovation, and long‑term planning.
Responsibilities- Own Campaign Execution:
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across key biddable platforms (Meta, Google, Tik Tok, etc.) with flawless precision and full accountability for performance. - Lead Platform Strategy:
Develop paid media plans and tactical approaches rooted in client goals, industry benchmarks, and historical insights. - Drive Operational Excellence:
Champion internal processes, campaign QA, pacing checks, and reporting frameworks to ensure seamless delivery across all clients. - Deliver Performance Insights:

Partner closely with Client Leads, Creative, and Analytics to ensure your strategies ladder up to broader campaign goals. - Support Innovation & Testing:
Own test design and execution within your book of business, helping move both client performance and agency capabilities forward. - Contribute to Culture:
Share knowledge, platform updates, and POVs across the team to keep Dysrupt’s media offering sharp, fast, and future‑focused.
- 5‑6 years of performance marketing experience managing paid social and digital media campaigns, especially across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and You Tube.
- Expert‑level knowledge of paid media campaign structures, pacing, optimization levers, and critical metric alignment.
- Deep comfort with large datasets, ad tech tools, and reporting platforms like Google Data Studio (Looker Studio).
- Clear and confident communicator—able to explain strategies and insights to clients and internal partners alike.
- Proven track record of running complex campaigns independently with speed, accuracy, and performance results.
- A proactive perspective; you identify issues early and take initiative to solve them.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Certifications from Meta, Google, or other key platforms.
- Experience with creative performance analysis or working closely with creative teams.
- Familiarity with MMM, incrementality testing,…
