Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate comes from a strong performance marketing background, has developed as a trusted advisor to partners, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. This person will lead strategy formulation across the department, build products & processes for client deliverables & media optimization, develop and lead a world‑class team, build long‑term strategic client partnerships, and grow our clients’ business.
Responsibilities- Uphold Dysrupt’s commitment to providing best‑in‑class social & digital marketing services. Report directly to the founders overseeing a 3‑4 client book.
- Act as a key business stakeholder and leader for clients, driving accountability to business results and enrolling internal resources to drive success.
- Implement strategy, planning, execution, and analysis of paid media across multiple digital channels (primary focus on Facebook/Instagram).
- Develop and deliver senior‑level strategy to VP or C‑level clients, leveraging Dysrupt’s internal insights and industry information.
- Eat, breathe, and sleep today’s digital & mobile consumer experience.
- Guide and contribute to the development of creative ideas and deliverables.
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert (SME) in all things paid media and measurement across social, digital, and the broader marketing mix.
- Identify and help sell incremental campaign opportunities to clients, achieving efficient returns.
- Contribute to Dysrupt’s continued growth and stability by making decisions best for the company today and tomorrow.
- Determine priorities and focus areas for clients, presenting those to senior leadership during quarterly account reviews.
- Report weekly and monthly business forecasts to leadership with accuracy.
- 7+ years of experience running performance marketing on Facebook/Instagram and any of:
Google Search, Tik Tok, Snapchat, You Tube, Twitter, Quora, Spotify. - Proven experience managing and leading a team of account managers.
- Advanced written and presentation communication skills.
- Proven understanding and expertise in brand strategy and how it integrates with the wider marketing mix for Fortune 500‑sized brands.
- Strategic and practical understanding of digital and social‑specific media planning & buying, and proper metrics of success.
- Highly customer‑centric and proficient in communicating with individuals across all levels.
- Excel in problem solving and strong analytical skills.
- Resourceful, entrepreneurial & driven; sets strategic vision and operational excellence.
- Top‑notch social and communication skills to deliver impeccable social counsel.
- High level of positivity, upbeat demeanor, and warm personality that contributes to a strong company culture.

Compensation Range: $139,510 – $165,850 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant and the requirements of the position, and may be modified at any time.
