Maintenance Technician - Lexington

Overview

MG Properties is a large regional property management firm with over 30 years of experience. We partner with owners across the Western United States to manage, rehabilitate, and grow apartment communities.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for The Lexington Apartments in Agoura Hills, CA.

• Perform maintenance and repair of all building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Clean grounds, common areas, and offices.
• Complete maintenance service requests and emergency calls.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, painting, and appliance repairs.

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 150+ unit property.
• Proficiency in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Customer service orientation, flexibility, and teamwork.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability for on‑call rotation.

• $21–$24 per hour DOE.
• Monthly bonuses.
