Junior Accountant

We are a leading accounting firm based in Al Ahmadi, seeking a highly motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment. We welcome applications from all nationalities, with a preference for Indian and Egyptian candidates.

As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily accounting tasks and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field of accounting.

• Assisting with daily bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Preparing financial statements and reports
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
• Assisting with budget planning and forecasting
• Collaborating with the rest of the accounting team to ensure smooth operations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Quick Books preferred)
• Prior experience in accounting is not required but considered an asset
