Library Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Library Assistant to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As a Library Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the library and ensuring that patrons have access to necessary resources. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

• Assist patrons with finding and checking out materials
• Answer questions and provide information on library resources and services
• Organize and shelve books, periodicals, and other materials
• Maintain library inventory and keep track of loaned items
• Process new materials into the library collection
• Help create displays and promote library events
• Assist with maintaining the library's online catalog system
• Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree in Library Science preferred
• Previous experience working in a library or customer service setting is a plus
• Knowledge of library classification systems and basic cataloging principles
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and online databases
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
