We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving company objectives
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
• Biometric passport or the ability to obtain one is required
• Preference for Indian nationals

The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
