SGS is looking for a Technical Sales and Business Development professional to drive growth for TIC services business in Kuwait by expanding key accounts, winning new contracts, and leading commercial/tender activities with Oil & Gas, petrochemical, infrastructure, government clients, and EPC contractors.

Job Description
  • Responsible for sales and business developmentstrategy with particular focus on industrial services in Kuwait.
  • Deliver annual revenue and margin targets.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with strategic clients.
  • Lead opportunity generation, market expansion, and client database development.
  • Manage engagement and negotiations with local & international EPC contractors. Liaise for preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals.
  • Oversee prequalification, client registrations, and tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the execution and finance department to ensure effective execution, customer satisfaction, and payment collections.
  • Track projects, forecast sales, monitor market and competitor trends, and report performance to management.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
Qualifications
  • 15 years of experience with 5-10 years of relevant experience in Kuwait market
  • Experience in TIC industry is an added value
  • GCC nationals only (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated work experience with Kuwait ministries/authorities with a track record working with key accounts
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close contracts with local & international EPC companies
  • Strong knowledge of Kuwait regulations and processes
  • Proficient in spoken / written Arabic and English
