Room Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients face to face or over the phone
• Have a good understanding of the businesses services and be able to communicate with the clients thoroughly
• Understand the needs of the clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them
• Provide information about the rooms suites services doctors charges to the clients
• Show the rooms suites and facilities to the clients
• Reserve the rooms suites for the clients including VIP and VVIP
• Follow up with the clients for their interest and room reservations
• Congratulating the clients on deliveries and distributing the complimentary gifts on a daily basis
• Preparing a certificate gift for the new born babies
• Foster and develop relationships with the existing clients
• Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
• Think and work strategically setting goals and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
• Train members of your team where appropriate
• Attend training seminars where appropriate
• Carry on all the administrative tasks related to the department
• Others as assigned by the Dept Head

• University Degree from a reputed university.
• At least 2 years experience in customer service and dealing with the VIP clients.
• Sales tactical personality.
• Smart, professional, and presentable personality.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Problem solving and attention to details.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard hospital database technology.
