Construction Manager Mechanical

Oversee all construction activities from planning to completion ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate between clients, sub‑contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution. Track construction expenditures and align them with BOQ and budget constraints. Identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality. Coordinate daily site activities to achieve project milestones. Ensure daily operations on‑site are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.

Implement and enforce safety standards and procedures iew and enforce contract clauses, scope boundaries, and change orders. Escalate critical issues to Project Manager with clear action plans. Provide technical guidance to site engineers and supervisors. Track project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions. Resolve site conflicts, technical discrepancies, and contractor disputes diplomatically. Support the Bid team with the project proposals.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Must have experience in the DBOOM/BOT Oil & Gas Construction program.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas (10 years as construction manager Oil & Gas).
• Only candidates from inside Kuwait with transferrable residency will be considered.
• Can join immediately.
