Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee contract projects in Al Ahmadi Kuwait. In this role you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all phases of construction projects, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be responsible for hiring and supervising contractors, managing project teams, and communicating progress to stakeholders. To excel in this role you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the Indian construction industry.

Knowledge of construction methods and processes is essential, as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines and budgets. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

• Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects
• Manage project budgets and timelines

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the Indian construction industry
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods and processes
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and budgets
• Fluent in English preferred

This is a contract position with a salary of $1800 per month. Accommodation will not be provided.
