- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct site safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Monitor safe execution of substation, tower erection, stringing, lifting, excavation, and work-at-height activities.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and emergency preparedness.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
