Construction Manager

We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait.

• Develop project plans and schedules ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Oversee site operations and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Manage project budget and report on expenses.
• Review and approve contractor bids and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Kuwait is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English;
  Arabic is a plus.

• Competitive salary of $1700 per month.
