Job Description & How to Apply Below
- 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in substations or transmission lines Graduate or Diploma in Engineering
- Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH and OSHA
- Experience with developing and implementing safety plans, including lifting plans, and obtaining approval from consultants or clients
- Knowledge of the latest trends and innovative safety practices, including awareness of safety measures across project sites
- Experience conducting safety audits and raising non-conformance reports (NCRs)
- Experience providing safety training to personnel involved in project execution
- Strong communication, interpersonal, team building, and presentation skills
- Critical path analytical ability
- Experience conducting mock drills and taking corrective actions based on observations
- Experience representing the organization in safety meetings with clients and consultants Experience validating execution plans and monitoring critical activities involving safety hazards
