Construction Manager for Indian Nationals in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for Indian nationals who are looking for a challenging role in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, organize and coordinate all construction activities
- Manage and monitor project progress, timelines and budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
- Liaise with clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow
- Review and approve project plans, drawings and specifications
- Conduct site inspections to identify any issues or risks
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints
- Indian nationality preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods and materials
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
