Overview

Floral Designer/Florist — We are seeking a creative and skilled Floral Designer/Florist to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a passion for flowers and a strong eye for design, with experience in creating unique and beautiful floral arrangements for weddings, parties, and corporate events.

• Create visually appealing and unique floral arrangements based on client preferences and event themes
• Source and purchase high-quality flowers from suppliers
• Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers by properly storing and caring for them
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients  needs and making appropriate recommendations
• Work closely with other team members to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design to offer fresh and innovative ideas to clients
• Assist with maintaining inventory levels and keeping track of expenses

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in floral design is a plus
• Proven experience as a Floral Designer or Florist
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care instructions, and seasonal availability
• Strong artistic skills with the ability to create unique designs
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Indian nationality preferred

Starting salary of 1000$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

This position is located in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait.

This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own living arrangements.
