Part‑Time Librarian (English Speaking)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Librarian to join our team on a part‑time basis. As the Librarian, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our library resources, as well as assisting patrons with research and finding materials. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about books and has a strong understanding of library operations.

• Manage and organize library resources such as books, magazines, and databases
• Assist patrons with finding materials and conducting research
• Maintain accurate records of library inventory and circulation
• Develop and implement programs to promote reading and literacy
• Train library staff on proper procedures for handling materials
• Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and new technologies related to libraries

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in a library setting
• Fluent English language skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong knowledge of library classification systems, cataloging, and reference tools
• Proficient in using technology for research, organization, and communication purposes

This is a part‑time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

This position is based in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait.
