We are seeking "Drillers with 3000HP deep drilling ONSHORE rig" experience to be based in Kuwait.

• Operate and oversee the drilling equipment, including drawworks, mud pumps, and drilling systems, to ensure safe and efficient drilling operations.
• Monitor drilling parameters, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot issues to optimize drilling performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a strong focus on safety in all drilling activities.
• Collaborate closely with the drilling team, including assistant drillers, derrick hands, and roughnecks, to ensure smooth and efficient rig operations.
• Complete daily drilling reports and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and safety incidents.
• Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and report any maintenance requirements promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior members of the drilling team.

• Experience of 3+years as a Driller with mandatory experience in 3000HP and above in deep drilling land rig operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations is preferred.
• Experience in operating and maintaining 3000 HP drilling equipment.
• A strong commitment to safety and the ability to lead by example.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the drilling team.
• Mechanical aptitude and a good understanding of drilling equipment.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding and remote onshore environment.
• Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC).
• Safety training certifications (e.g., H2S, First Aid, Firefighting).
