Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field like law, business, or engineering may be preferred but is not always required.
• 7+ years of experience in the entire lifecycle of a contract, from drafting and negotiation to execution and monitoring (Preferred from Kuwait market).
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Primavera, MS Excel, Estimation software).
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market prices.
• Proficient in costing and preparing proposals for residential and commercial packages.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiation:
  Create, review, and revise contracts to ensure they are legally sound and align with business objectives.
• Risk management:
  
  Analyze contracts to identify and mitigate potential risks, and manage any disputes that arise.
• Contract administration:
  Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations. This involves tracking important dates and maintaining all relevant documentation.
• Stakeholder communication:
  Act as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring clear understanding of contract terms and responsibilities.
• Compliance:
  Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, regulations, and laws.
• Performance monitoring:
  Monitor contract performance and ensure that all parties meet their obligations.
• Process improvement:
  Identify opportunities to improve contract management processes and implement changes accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier management:
  Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines. Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers and manage contracts.
• Technical liaison:
  Collaborate with engineering and project teams to understand technical specifications, review material needs, and ensure that procured items meet project requirements.
• Sourcing and procurement:
  Conduct market research to find new suppliers and technologies. Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process, from creating requests for quotes (RFQs) to issuing purchase orders.
• Cost and budget management:
  Perform cost analyses, negotiate favorable terms, and identify opportunities for cost savings to ensure procurement activities align with budgetary constraints.
• Performance and compliance:
  Track and evaluate supplier performance, resolve quality issues, and ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations.
• Inventory and record keeping:
  Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of procurement activities, purchase orders, and supplier information.
