Sales Engineer

• MEP Estimation Engineer (Senior Level)
  • Experience:
    
    7–10 years in MEP estimation and tendering
  • Field
    
    Experience:
    
    Electrical (LV works, power, substations);
    Mechanical (HVAC);
    Firefighting systems;
    Plumbing;
    Infrastructure;
    Instrumentation
  • Technical
    
    Skills:
    
    Review of MEP drawings & specifications;
    Quantity Take-Off (QTO);
    Preparation of BOQs & cost estimates;
    Evaluation of supplier/subcontractor quotations
  • Software
    
    Skills:
    
    Estimation software / ERP systems (or quick learner);
    Strong MS Excel skills
  • Project Exposure: MEW, MPW projects;
    Oil & Gas sector (KOC, KNPC, WJO, etc.)
  • Additional
    
    Skills:
    
    Strong analytical & cost control abilities;
    Knowledge of Kuwait/GCC standards;
    Ability to work under tight deadlines;
    Strong communication & coordination skills
• Contracts Administrator (Claims Specialist)
  • Experience in contract administration & claims
  • Knowledge of FIDIC preferred
• Fixed Assets Management Supervisor
  • Experience in asset tracking and control
• Electrical Sales Engineer (must be fluent in Arabic)
  • Sales engineering role with requirement for Arabic fluency
• Training Specialist (Junior Level)
  • Strong communication skills required
