- Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering or equivalent
- 8–10+ years of experience in petrochemical / oil & gas industry
- Strong experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems
- Hands-on experience with DCS and ESD systems
- Knowledge of KNPC / SHELL DEP standards or equivalent industry codes
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and technical datasheets
- Experience in loop checking, testing, and shutdown (S/D) activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills in plant/project environments
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Manager
