HSE Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Monitors and ensures implementation of the approved HSE plan.
• Coordinates and enforces the implementation of both ARCHIRODON and KNPC safe work practices and procedures.
• Conducts daily inspection of job sites and reports any unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to the responsible engineers and supervisors for immediate corrective action.
• Audits and reviews employee licenses, authorizations, gate pass and vehicle appliances.
• Conducts safety induction, orientation, and HSE training for new employees.
• Ensures area supervisor conducts daily Toolbox meeting with all personnel on attendance.
• Maintains continuous interaction with job supervisors and various KNPC personnel as and when required.
• Attends HSE Communication meetings including weekly and monthly meetings as required.
• Organizes campaigns and other safety promotional activities to enhance awareness of safety issues and inculcate safe work culture at the workplace.
• Responds and undertakes duties in accordance with contract and KNPC's ERP evacuation plan and site emergency preparedness.
• Effective performance and visibility in site field is required.

• Three-year full-time Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HSE / Engineering / Science.
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification (mandatory/preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years safety work experience in oil and gas industries construction, or minimum 5 years working in the field of Safety in Oil and Gas fields / Oil Refineries / Petrochemical Plant.
• Experience in ADNOC / KNPC projects preferred.
• Strong communication and supervision skills.
