  7–10 years in MEP estimation and tendering
• Field
  
  Experience:
  
  Domestic & industrial projects covering:
  • Electrical systems (LV works, power, substations)
  • Mechanical (HVAC)
  • Firefighting systems (FF)
  • Plumbing (Pl.)
  • Infrastructure
  • Instrumentation
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  • Review of MEP drawings & specifications
  • Quantity Take-Off (QTO)
  • Preparation of BOQs & cost estimates
  • Evaluation of supplier/subcontractor quotations
• Software
  
  Skills:
  • Estimation software / ERP systems (or quick learner)
  • Strong MS Excel skills
• Project Exposure: MEW, MPW projects;
  Oil & Gas sector (KOC, KNPC, WJO, etc.)
• Additional
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong analytical & cost control abilities;
  Knowledge of Kuwait/GCC standards;
  Ability to work under tight deadlines (fast-track tenders);
  Strong communication & coordination skills

• Experience in contract administration & claims
• Knowledge of FIDIC preferred

• Experience in asset tracking, control

• Must be fluent in Arabic

• Strong communication skills required
