Supervisor (KOC project)

Diploma in Engineering or Secondary education plus a 2‑year Industrial Training Certificate; 10 years of related experience.

• Follow up the implementation of operational and corporate strategic plans, highlighting achievements and shortfalls.
• Draft performance monitoring and management reports.
• Support the planning, guidance, monitoring and coordination of multiple activities involved in the successful implementation of planned programs.
• Develop conceptual plans, action plans, BSC, KPI, SMAIP, MAIP OPEX budgets for follow-up and update; monitor, measure and report progress.
• Suggest remedial measures and additional equipment, material, services, contracts, manpower and other required resources in liaison with user departments.
• Suggest accurate procedures and resources related to planning, procurement and manpower and study new requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, procedures and work manuals and generate reports for implementing periodic plans and measuring accomplishments.
• Implement PC programs such as Data‑Sheets, Project Management Tools and the related database systems.
• Follow‑up and supervise ISO 9001 (QMS) and prepare necessary modifications and reports as requested by management.
• Perform any other related tasks such as supervising agreements, collecting data, and reviewing various types of research and reports.

• Basic Salary: KD 750
• Accommodation allowance: KD 100
