Field HSE Specialist

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Lifting SME to join our team on a major field development project in North Kuwait. This is a senior, high-accountability role embedded within a large-scale integrated drilling and facilities operation, with direct client interface on all lifting and regulatory matters.

• End-to-end ownership of the project Mechanical Lifting Programme: planning, lift plan review and approval, lift categorisation, equipment register management, and execution oversight of Critical and Non-Routine lifts
• Direct interface with the client Lifting Authority for plan submission and regulatory compliance
• Competency assessment and supervision of lifting crews across multiple simultaneous drilling contractors
• Audit and compliance management across all project phases, from pad construction through well testing and production
• LEEA Appointed Person certification (or internationally recognised equivalent)
• Minimum 8 years in dedicated ML supervisory or SME roles in onshore O&G environments
• Demonstrated experience managing lifting programmes in multi-contractor setting
• Candidates with additional experience and credentials in Dropped Objects Prevention programme management and DROPS system auditing will stand out
