Field HSE Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Lifting SME to join our team on a major field development project in North Kuwait. This is a senior high-accountability role embedded within a large-scale integrated drilling and facilities operation with direct client interface on all lifting and regulatory matters.

• End-to-end ownership of the project mechanical lifting programme
• Planning, lift plan review and approval
• Lift categorisation
• Equipment register management
• Execution oversight of critical and non-routine lifts
• Direct interface with the client Lifting Authority for plan submission and regulatory compliance
• Competency assessment and supervision of lifting crews across multiple simultaneous drilling contractors
• Audit and compliance management across all project phases from pad construction through well testing and production

• Minimum 8 years in dedicated ML supervisory or SME roles in onshore O&G environments
• Demonstrated experience managing lifting programmes in multi-contractor setting
• Experience and credentials in Dropped Objects Prevention programme management and DROPS system auditing (preferred)
• LEEA Appointed Person certification (or internationally recognised equivalent)
