- Experience leading and guiding the execution and delivery of overhead transmission line EPC projects, managing project scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, contractual obligations, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- 15 years of experience as a Manager - Project Transmission Line or in a similar role.
- Should have experience with 400kV Overhead Transmission lines projects.
- Proven experience working on Ministry of Electricity and Water (MEW) projects is mandatory.
- Must be located in Kuwait
- Experience in planning and forecasting resource requirements, including men, material, machinery, and infrastructure for projects.
- Experience coordinating with design departments to ensure design requirements are met and approved by clients.
- Experience monitoring project costs and expenses to ensure they are within budget and achieving financial goals.
- Experience establishing and implementing mechanisms to monitor quality and safety aspects of projects, ensuring minimal accidents and quality rejections.
- Should have valid membership with KSE (Kuwait Society of Engineers)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Electrical / Civil / Power Engineering
