Workshop Supervisor
Job :
Qualifications- Diploma, ITI Certificate, or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in workshop supervision, valve maintenance, or mechanical workshop operations within the oil & gas industry.
- Proficient in valve inspection, maintenance, repair, testing, workshop planning, work scheduling, and technical documentation
- Strong knowledge of oil & gas valves, mechanical equipment, workshop practices, and maintenance procedures
- Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise workshop personnel and manage daily operations efficiently
- Valid Kuwait Driving License will be considered an advantage
