Surveyor – Land and Property Management

We are in search of an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land and property surveys, preparing and maintaining accurate records, and providing data analysis and reports.

• Conduct land surveys using various surveying equipment, such as GPS, total station, and level
• Prepare accurate measurements, sketches, and diagrams to produce detailed survey maps
• Collect data on land features, boundaries, and structures using specialized software
• Analyze survey data and provide recommendations for land use planning or development projects
• Maintain accurate records of survey data, including field notes and digital files
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as engineers and architects, to ensure accurate survey results

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
• Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques
• Proficient in using specialized software for data collection and analysis
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Salary: $1100 per month (depending on experience)
