We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to join our team immediately for a 400 kV Overhead Transmission Line (OHL) Project in Kuwait.

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in similar HV/OHL projects
Joining:
Immediate
- Supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities for the 400 kV overhead transmission line.
- Supervise tower erection and associated electrical installation activities.
- Coordinate conductor, earth wire, and OPGW stringing, sagging, tensioning, and installation activities.
- Supervise installation of insulators, fittings, clamps, spacers, vibration dampers, and other line hardware.
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and utility requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower, equipment, materials, and work progress.
- Review drawings and technical documents and resolve site technical issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly site reports and follow up on RFIs and technical submissions.
- Coordinate closely with civil, planning, safety, QA/QC, and client/consultant teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HV transmission line standards and project requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar high-voltage overhead transmission line projects.
- Experience in 400 kV transmission line projects is highly preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of tower erection, conductor stringing, sagging, tensioning, OPGW installation, and transmission line hardware.
- Good understanding of HV transmission line construction methods and quality requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate availability is mandatory.
