Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports, utilizing data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement within the organization.
  • Act as a resource for employees regarding safety concerns, providing guidance and support to ensure that safety protocols are understood and followed consistently.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes, attending workshops and conferences to enhance knowledge and bring innovative solutions to the organization.
  • Facilitate safety meetings and workshops, encouraging open dialogue among employees to share experiences and insights that can enhance workplace safety.
  • Lead emergency response drills and training, ensuring that all employees are familiar with evacuation procedures and emergency protocols to enhance overall preparedness.
