We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and a strong understanding of recruitment processes. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The Recruitment Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing our employer brand and ensuring that we attract top talent to our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Preferred Candidate
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Having experience with electrical construction company is an added advantage (Substation, Overhead Transmission Line & under Ground Cable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to attract top talent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
