Overview
Job :
We are looking to hire an IT Support Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in desktop support and troubleshooting.
Key Requirements- Proven experience in desktop/laptop support (Windows & Mac preferred)
- Strong skills in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience in user support, printer/network configuration, and system maintenance
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, email configuration, and network fundamentals
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests
