Responsibilities
Administer and support enterprise LAN, WAN, Internet and telecom infrastructure. Analyze business requirements and provide technical design recommendations for network and telecom enhancements. Implement infrastructure projects, upgrades, and major network changes. Monitor network performance, availability and security across the organization. Manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs and remote access solutions. Support telephone systems, VoIP services and telecom infrastructure. Coordinate with telecom providers, ISPs, vendors and service partners.
Define and maintain network standards, procedures and security policies. Manage network backup, redundancy, disaster recovery and business continuity requirements. Prepare and maintain network documentation, architecture diagrams and operational procedures. Troubleshoot network and telecom incidents to ensure uninterrupted business operations. Support 24/7 operational requirements and critical infrastructure environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundational understanding. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in network and telecommunications administration within a corporate environment.
