We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to support IT systems, hardware, software, and network operations for a construction project. The role involves providing technical support across office and site environments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi connectivity
- Install and configure systems and user accounts
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Assist with site IT setup and maintenance
- Ensure smooth IT operations with minimal downtime
- Bachelors in IT / Computer Science or related field
- 1–3 years IT support experience
- Windows OS, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic networking (LAN/WAN)
- Hardware & software troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
