We are looking for a Systems & Network Administrator to manage, optimize, and secure our hybrid IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in systems, networking, cloud, security, virtualization, and backup environments.
Key Responsibilities- Design, configure, and maintain network and IT infrastructure.
- Manage Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and DNS
. - Configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, VLANs, and network monitoring
. - Administer firewalls, security controls, patch management, and system updates
. - Manage virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Support IP telephony/VoIP systems and resolve technical issues.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve IT operations and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable and secure IT services.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Systems/Network Administration or a similar IT role.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Azure
- Active Directory / Entra
- Exchange Online / Microsoft 365
- DNS
- Routing, Switching & VLANs
- Firewalls & Network Security
- VMware / Hyper-V
- Backup & Storage Solutions Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
- Passion for learning and applying AI technologies and automation in IT operations.
- Professional IT certifications will be an added advantage.
- Valid Kuwait Driving License will be an advantage.
