Area Manager coffee

Job Summary

We are looking for an Area Manager with a genuine passion for coffee and a talent for leading teams. You will oversee multiple coffee shops, drive business performance, and ensure every location delivers excellent coffee, welcoming service, and consistent operational standards.

• Oversee daily operations across assigned locations, maintaining high standards of coffee quality, service, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Coach, and develop store managers and their teams.
• Monitor sales, costs, staffing, and inventory to achieve operational and financial targets.
• Work with store managers to create action plans that improve performance and customer satisfaction.
• Promote coffee knowledge, barista skills, and a culture of continuous learning.
• Conduct regular store visits to review standards and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company policies.
• Support new store openings, product launches, and local marketing activities.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational challenges promptly.
• Report area performance, key issues, and improvement opportunities to senior management.

• Proven experience as an Area Manager, Multi-Site Manager.
• A strong interest in coffee, with knowledge of brewing methods, espresso preparation, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret performance reports, manage budgets, and control costs.
• A customer-focused approach and commitment to consistent quality.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel regularly between stores and work flexible hours when required.
