CNC Mechanist Scada

We are hiring a Mill Operator on behalf of our client, a well-established organization in Kuwait’s oil and gas sector. The role involves operating and maintaining critical production equipment used for processing high-value materials such as Barite and Bentonite in a safety-driven industrial environment.

• Operate and monitor mill machinery using SCADA/control panel systems
  , adjusting parameters as required.
• Operate and maintain crushers to achieve defined crushing and production targets.
• Conduct routine inspections, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of mills, crushers, conveyors, and hoppers.
• Supervise hopper filling with specified raw materials, ensuring accuracy and quality compliance.
• Transfer crude materials to mills via conveyor belt systems.
• Set up and operate mills for Barite, Bentonite, Calcium, Marble, and similar materials.
• Load bulk trucks with finished materials while maintaining weight and quality standards.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or failures promptly to the reporting manager.
• Maintain accurate operational logs, downtime records, and production data.
• Prepare and submit daily production and incident reports to the Mill Supervisor.

• Mechanical Diploma or equivalent technical qualification (preferred).
• Mandatory SCADA experience in monitoring and controlling industrial machinery.
• Minimum 5–6 years of hands‑on experience as a Mill Operator / Crusher Operator, preferably in the oil & gas or industrial minerals sector.
• Strong understanding of mill operations, crushers, conveyors, and material handling systems.
• Ability to read and interpret operational parameters, alarms, and production data.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance with industrial HSE standards.
• Willingness to work morning and evening shifts.
• Salary: 250 – 300 KWD per month (approx. USD 650 – 950)
