We are looking for a qualified and experienced PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treatment) Technician to join our team. Position: PWHT Technician.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience as a PWHT Technician.
- Knowledge of Post Weld Heat Treatment procedures and standards.
- Experience in setting up and operating PWHT equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret welding drawings, PQR/WPS, and heat treatment specifications.
- Familiarity with temperature monitoring, chart recording, and quality requirements.
- Understanding of safety regulations and site work practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Perform PWHT activities according to approved procedures.
- Set up heating elements, thermocouples, insulation, and control equipment.
- Monitor and record heat treatment cycles.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain equipment and follow all HSE requirements.
