KUWAIT STEEL is seeking a Production In Charge/Supervisor for the Ferro Silicon Plant in Kuwait. You will oversee day-to-day production, supervise a multi-shift team, monitor furnace performance, quality, and safety, and drive cost-control initiatives.
Responsibilities include planning, reporting, manpower allocation, and coaching of In-Charge staff and operators to maintain high efficiency and adherence to ISO standards.
