Head Baker

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Head Baker to lead our bakery team in Al Ahmadi As the Head Baker you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery creating new and innovative recipes and ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality

• Manage and supervise a team of bakers including hiring training and scheduling
• Develop new recipes for breads pastries cakes and other baked goods
• Ensure all products are made in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Train staff on proper baking techniques and safety procedures
• Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies and promotional offers
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and adapt recipes accordingly

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Head Baker or similar role
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques ingredients and equipment
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique recipes
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
