Overview

International Chef - Al Ahmadi. We are seeking a talented and experienced International Chef to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As an International Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of dishes from different cuisines, including African and Egyptian, while adhering to food safety and quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory.

Prepare and cook dishes from diverse cuisines (including African and Egyptian) following recipes and quality standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. Manage kitchen staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with sourcing and inventory activities. Order supplies, manage stock levels, and oversee waste reduction and portion control.

Minimum of 5 years experience as a chef. Excellent culinary skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.
