Job Title Restaurant Manager We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi Kuwait As a Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant including customer service staff management inventory control and financial management

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise
• Recruit train and supervise restaurant staff to maintain a professional and efficient work environment
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
• Manage budgets and control costs to maximize profitability
• Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the restaurant industry
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Salary The salary for this position is 1600$ per month

Location This full-time job is located in Al Ahmadi Kuwait Please note that this position is open for all nationalities
